Deschutes XL

Deschutes XL rods have grown out of the popular Deschutes series. Some folks wanted a 10’0” model for nymphing, float tubing, and the like...so here it is! 57 million modulus graphite construction and a sensitive tip remain from the original Deschutes. The butt sections are a bit softer but still have plenty of power to throw big flies a long way and subdue huge fish. The XL makes excellent single-handed Spey casts and can also roll cast you out of just about any tight spot on the river. The 10' length aids in line management, too!
